Qualified vehicles will then undergo a rigorous 172-point inspection, performed by certified GM technicians, to ensure that all major components and operating systems meet the automaker’s stringent requirements. Any that don’t will undergo refurbishment, repair, or replacement to ensure that each vehicle is deserving of the GM Certified distinction.
