Cincinnati Enquirer Names McCluskey Chevrolet as a Top Workplace for 5th Year

June 20th 2020 – A business is only as good as its employees, which is why McCluskey Chevrolet is pleased to announce that we have, again, been named one of Cincinnati’s Top Workplaces by the Cincinnati Enquirer. This ranking is awarded based on a scientific survey of employee responses to questions covering everything from pay and benefits to company values and leadership. For 2020, a record of 185 employers took part in the survey, and no fewer than 36,357 of their combined 57,249 employees responded to the questionnaire.

McCluskey Chevrolet was first named as a Cincinnati Top Workplace in 2016, making 2020 the fifth year in a row that we have received this prestigious accolade. While we have received many awards, including being named Chevrolet’s #1 volume new car dealer in the world in 2019 and 2020, we are incredibly proud of this recognition of our efforts to reward our employees for their hard work. After all, they are the primary reason for our success. In the words of our CEO Keith McCluskey:

Among the efforts that we at McCluskey Chevrolet have taken to reward our employees was the recent “$1,000 Thank You Bonus,” given to every member of our team to recognize their dedication to keeping our doors open during the COVID-19 pandemic. Because McCluskey Chevrolet was deemed an essential business, our staff had to work through the many challenges presented by recent events. As Keith McCluskey announced at the time:
