McCluskey Chevrolet’s Is Commited To Customer Satisfaction

McCluskey Chevrolet is one of the highest volume dealerships in the state of Ohio and has one of the best reputations in the car business because of our attention to detail.  We believe the reason for this is that the focus for the last 3 years has been on customer satisfaction.  We have more meetings on customer satisfaction than we do on actually selling vehicles.  We understand the level of commitment it takes for a consumer to search and find us and the level of purchase this is in a consumer’s life. Defining customer satisfaction is described in many different ways.  Here are a few definitions we have come up with between our meetings and receiving feedback from our guests.

  • “Customer service is a function of how well an organization is able to constantly and consistently exceed the needs of the customer.”
  • “A customer defines good customer service as how she perceives that an organization has delighted her, by exceeding to meet her needs.”
  • “Customer service is the ability to provide a service or product in the way that it has been promised.”
  • “Customer service is about treating others as you would like to be treated yourself.”
  • “Customer service is any contact between a customer and a company, that causes a negative or positive perception by a customer.”
  • “Customer service is the provision of service to customer before, during and after a purchase.”
We get it.  We really get it.  We understand the car business is a service business.  We understand that if we do not take care of our customers, someone else will.  We strive every day to give you a great experience.  An experience that will make you a raving fan, enjoy your vehicle, and spread the word that McCluskey Chevrolet is where you want to buy your vehicle.  McCluskey Chevrolet is where you want to service your vehicle. In the last 4 months we have made some changes at the dealership to improve your customer experience and improve our customer service.  Our service department has been the main focus.  Changes include: free Starbucks coffee, free donuts in the morning, free popcorn in the afternoon, free water and rental cars.
