That can be quite easy, depending on the vehicle and whether or not you have the proper equipment, such as ramps or a creeper. If you do not, it can be impossible on some vehicles. Even if you do, it can be very dangerous to get underneath a vehicle that weighs several tons.

At McCluskey Chevrolet, our service department is fully decked out in order to perform express oil changes, and loads of other services, safely and efficiently. Our pits and hydraulic lifts allow our technicians to easily drain your oil and replace it, all while keeping our technicians perfectly safe. Unfortunately, we cannot allow you back there. You will have to take our word for it.

We pride ourselves on our customer service. That does not end with our incredible sales staff. Our service technicians are all highly trained and more than capable of getting the job done. Working On  Your Time

One of the ways that we go above and beyond when it comes to customer service by having our ridiculously long hours at the service department. We are open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 3 AM. That’s right, 3 AM. We know that our friends and neighbors in Cincinnati don’t all keep 9-5 hours. Some people can only take care of these types of errands while most of the city sleeps. That is perfectly fine by us. We are glad to keep open the extra hours to make sure our customers can get their express oil changes when it is convenient for them. Have you ever heard of a chain oil and lube shop staying open until 3 AM? Neither have we.

We are also open on Friday from 7:30 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM. So, pretty much any time of the day or night that you can find time to come and get your oil changed we will be here for you.

Creating A Schedule

One of the things we will be happy to do for you is set you up with a maintenance schedule. Certain procedures like oil changes and tire rotations need to be done more frequently, while things like brake checks and filter replacements are not as frequent. These times will vary based on the make and model of the vehicle, its age, driving habits and other factors.

By driving habits, we do not mean whether or not you think you are a great driver. We will need to know certain details, such as how much highway vs. city driving you do; if you drive a pickup truck, whether or not you do a lot of hauling and towing; and, if you live on a dirt road, among other things. We will sit down with you and figure all of these things out. By knowing what your vehicle is, how old it is and how you drive, we can set up a schedule that will keep your vehicle in good shape for years to come.

This schedule will help you keep track of not only oil changes but all of the other procedures that your car needs on an annual or semi-annual basis. This can range from filter replacements to lube jobs, brake checks and suspension, belts, hoses, fluids and all of the other things that make an engine run.
