Bacon Houses!

The internet is full of stupid fads, but every once in awhile something beautiful emerges. This week, one of those beautiful ideas came into existence. It’s the perfect combination of a meme, creativity, deliciousness, and randomness that the internet thrives on. The new thing these days is building houses out of bacon! Delicious, delicious bacon. This week, the Huffington Post encouraged its readers to get into the bacon architecture game, and they responded in a big way. We here at your home for a cheap oil change included one of our favorite examples above, but a quick google search will reveal hundreds more.

Why does the internet love bacon so much? Probably because it’s absolutely delicious and makes everything taste better, but that’s just a theory. Still, we need MORE bacon houses, especially if you’re willing to help us let you eat them when you’re done. Don’t stop at bacon though. We need some omelette floors and maybe a pancake driveway. We won’t rest until there is a miniature breakfast home for us to eat. IHOP and Denny’s, you’ve been issues a challenge!
