Can Gravity Fight Gravity?

Can gravity fight gravity? Sadly, the answer is no, because that would result in some sort of bizarre perpetual motion. Still, gravity can assist gravity. Are we making any sense? It’s possible we’re not, this whole gravity on gravity thing is tieing our heads in knots a little bit, so lets move on. It has to do with something amazing the engineers at Chevrolet cooked up. Apparently, they are able to capture your downhill energy and use that same energy to help propel your car up the next hill, saving you precious gas in the process. WE here at your home of the 2013 Chevy Impala love the idea, just like we love ANY idea that saves us spending more on gas!

We don’t understand the science behind it, but we don’t have to. Chevy released a spot that illustrates it pretty well for us.
